| Themoset-SSR is economical plasticiser sulphur based cement. The hot pour type cement is ideal where temp does not exceed 200° F. Easy to melt & fluidity while hot makes this cement easy to pour & form in to a sound joint. In addition the plasticiser imparts superior thermal shock resistant qualities, It confirms to International Standard. |

Preparation of Mortar |

| This is supplied in powder form. It is heated & melted in a pot to attain a thin flowable consistency. temp, should not be more than 150° C. Molten Mortar is poured through the joints of the Bricks or Tiles. |

Application |

| It is used for joining acid proof brick in lining of vessel, tank, drain line, floors, pumps etc. |

Chemical Resistance |
| |
| Excellent resistance to acidic material including all concentrations of non - oxidising acids & medium concentration of oxidising acids. It is not recommended for alkalies, solvents etc. Acidic or Neutral salts cannot affect it. |

Storage & Transportation |
| |
| It should be stored in tightly closed condition, away from moisture, sunlight & direct heat. During storage & transportation it must be protected from contact with water. |

Handling Precautions |
| |
| While handling the powder and during mixing, use mouth mask and goggles. It is advisable to carry out the mixing in a well-ventilated area, as the powder may cause irritation to the eyes. |
